The Government requires such an investment be in real estate.

COSTS
The minimum real estate investment requirement has recently been increased by the Government from US $150,000 to US $250,000. You do not need to purchase the real estate until you have been approved for citizenship. In addition to the investment in real estate, an applicant must pay Government fees of US $35,000 for head of household and US $15,000 each for spouse and children. There is no up front fee and no fee at all if you are not approved and do not receive your citizenship and passport documents.

You may sell your property at any time with no restrictions. We will meet you in St. Kitts to assist you personally and provide any independent advice you may desire. Selecting an appropriate property is easy and is not time consuming. All the quality residential properties are located within a few square miles. It will take no more than a couple of days to visit and review all properties.
